How can I get my calendar from Outlook to not sync to my phone?

I have a coworker that's asking me to find a way to have her own personal calendar appear on her phone, but not the other calendar that she has on her computer. I told her that she's using Outlook, so it syncs up. If she unsync Outlook, it'll take both her calendars away. Unless she manually goes into her android and put in the calendar . Am I correct or no?

Solution
Within most calendar programs you can have multiple calendars, for example "work" and "personal." Outlook (which is not my expertise) may put up obstacles, but usually you can elect to sync only certain calendars. If I understand the situation correctly, she should go on her phone and choose what she wants to sync from there.

Just go into the email settings, turn off Calendar synching for whatever she does not want to get and add the other email account to the device. Outlook is just an email client, it connects to some email service. It does not matter what that uses, it matters what was setup on the phone.
