I've got Windows 8.1 and DirectX 11.
As I've said in the title i can't seem to manage to find the Control Panel for DirectX 11. The reason i want to find it is because games that require DirectX dont seem to work on my computer anymore so I want to disable it.

Im having problems with Battlefield (3 and 4), Metro 2033, Arma 3. I also had this problem with Warframe, but in the settings i was able to set DirectX off and it works that way just fine, thats why i assume its a DirectX issue.
I get no error just black screen.
My laptop is an MSI GS70 Stealth (GS70 2OD-002US):

Processor Name: Intel Core i7-4700MQ
Processor Speed: 2.4 MHz
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M

Yep, still sound from the game, but my drivers are up to date. I did however tried downgrading the driver once the problem started to see if that was it, but it wasnt. I suspect its a DirectX compatibility with the driver since once in a game i was able to disable DirectX and it then worked perfectly.

Just did as you said but still the same, I anyway checked in the GeForce Experience for the game configurations and all the games that i have problems with also have DirectX 11, maybe it will solve automatically once i update the computer to Windows 10 with DirectX 12.
Also now that i've checked again, theres also no sound from the games. Some games appear as crashing but others just get black screen and no sound.
