Laptop Operating System 64 or 32 bits

hello i'm running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and it seems little bit laggy i was thinking to reinstall windows 7 ultimate 32 bit ..

laptop specs:
cpu : i5 4200u 1.6 ghz with turbo boost up to 2,6 ghz dual core
ram: 4gb ddr3l 1600
gpu: amd hd8750m with 2gb vram
hdd: toshiba

Try adding more RAM, 64-bit Windows 7 can use as much RAM as your laptop can take.
Also remember to defrag the hard drive (but not if it's an SSD) if you have not done it for ages.

As regards installing Windows 7 32-bit, you must first check to see if 32-bit drivers have been released for your model on Toshiba's website.

Toshiba particularly will often only support 64-bit Windows on some of their laptop models, which means they won't have 32-bit drivers for it.
