Hello! And thanks for reading this. It is URGENT!!! Ok, I help at my mom's office with computers, and they have Vizio E480i-B2 Tv's on the walls in 3 conference rooms. They have a HDMI to CAT-6 adapters to convert and de-convert the signal on about a 15FT run. I found them a new laptop (Toshiba Satelite C55-B5270). So we purchased it from Staples BECAUSE it was on sale from 500$ to 350$ and it has specs that are overkill for the task and it was in the price range. Now here is the issue....... The Toshiba laptop does NOT work with the Vizio TV, BUT the laptop does work with a Dell monitor that has HDMI, AND 2 other Identical TV's! Also I tested the TV that that Toshiba does NOT work with with 2 other laptops that had HDMI and it worked! Please help because they fired another guy who was a paid and certified IT profesional for me a 14 year old!
By the way...... The Tv that the Toshiba Laptop does NOT work with was a DOA and Vizio came and replace the logic board
