I need options for External GPU like this:

Or something similar. PLEASE RELATE TO THE QUESTION. I already know 'desktop' is better, and why should I get desktop, and this is not good or not smart. Just don't comment, IF you're going to mention something similar.

HP ProBook 6450b data:
14.1 screen,
Intel Core i5 2.4 GHz x 4 processor,
8 GB of RAM,
500 GB HDD,
DVD, WIFI,
Bluetooth
video camera
Intel HD Graphic Card
Fingerprint reader.
The battery life time of 2 hours.
The computer has a Windows 7 license is governed.

Before we go any further I just want to know if you understand the implications of using a device like that.

You'll need an external power supply to power up the GPU (so letting us know what you have on hand/what your budget for that is too).

You'll also be unable to use your wifi card whilst using this device as it uses your mini PCI-E slot. (Some laptops do have two, my Lenovo B540 does for example, but I am unsure about your HP).

Some more details on your specs would be great, what i5 is it that you have in your laptop?

We also need to know your budget for the graphics card itself.
