The general answer is to connect the Foxtel box to the TV (HDMI probably) and the TV audio out to the JVC surround sound. How depends on what outputs you have on the TV and inputs on the JVC.
If the TV doesn't have any audio outputs then you may be able to connect the Foxtel box directly to the JVC for audio and to the TV for video.
