Bought a Dell Inspiron 1525 about 8 years ago. Been broken for about 5 years now and I tried to get it fixed but it was an issue with the motherboard and wasn't worth fixing. Today I pretty much took the whole laptop apart, threw away the casing/keyboard etc. But kept some electronics, was hoping people could identify a few of the different parts (as I'm pretty sure most of it except the motherboard works fine).

More importantly could I sell any of this stuff? I see some copper on one of the parts but have no idea what the part actually is

Also I want to access all my old files how can I do this?

I can also upload more photos if needed!

Solution
Unfortunately, all of that is old and a lot is product-specific. The RAM and optical drive might be sellable for something, but that's about it.

The copper-covered bits are heat pipes.
