When I try to pair the headset it doesn't see it on the computer. I've already paired it to my Ipad but it is the only thing that sees the headset. My phone and google nexus can't see it either. When I try to pair it the LED doesn't flash blue and red. I don't think it flashed when I paired it to my Ipad either. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, I don't know if will help you, but few months ago a face a similar problem, my laptop wasn't pair with my soundbar.
I resolved it by installing the latest Bluetooth drivers, in some case the windows build in Bluetooth drivers doesn't have all the functions enabled.
