Hey guys, I really need help. My laptop seems bricked.

Model is C55-A5285.

Long story short, I was trying to restore the Windows EFI loader after uninstalling Ubuntu off a dual-boot with Windows 8.1. Something went wrong, and I could no longer boot from my W8 installation disc, it just wouldn't boot from my DVD drive in general.

I thought maybe I could get around that by switching from UEFI to CSM in the BIOS, but now not even the BIOS will load. It just stays stuck at the Toshiba logo.

I tried shorting the B500 jumpers like I've seen some people do to reset the CMOS, but it didn't work. I tried removing the hard drive, but then it just goes from the Toshiba logo to nothing at all.

Please help me?
