Best budget PC speakers?

So my 2nd monitor that had decent speakers took a shit on me and I can no longer have the monitor plugged in or my games freeze.

So now I'm forced to use my main monitor, ASUS VG248qe, with AWFUL speakers.

Can anyone link me the best budget PC speakers? It'd be nice if they had a decent bass support too.

if you have a integrated sound card, then logitech z323 or creative t3300
if not, then aim for klipsch pro media 2.1 or m-audio av40...

The pro media 2.1's are awesome! About $150 however. I will buy nothing else...

Just so you have another suggestion, I'll throw out the Swan M10's. They are a little cheaper than the Klipsch, but a bit more neutral and smoother. The Klipsch will probably have a bit higher total output and dig just a bit deeper into the bass region though.

Personal preference as to which way to go, I'd take the Swans but I would also use them mostly for music. You may prefer the Klipsch if gaming is more the focus.
