Does Iobit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 8.1 + Iobit Malware Fighter Pro provide complete protection? Both uses the lowest of resources but how good are they compared to the Antiviruses in 2015.... Advanced systemcare ultimate uses bitdefender detection engine but is it enough protection as bitdefender or other antiviruses? :)

PC-Mag is a good starting point for your research to start weighing but since antivirus are really hard to determine which are the better ones you have to look everywhere else to get a complete picture. Webroot has good customer review and customer rating so that a good sign to make it trustworthy. Look like Webroot rely on the rollback feature to undo malware damage instead of their detection rate and so that why they don't like getting their product tested. Its detection rate not well known so you will just have to trust their different approach on tackling malware.

Hitman Pro and Hitman Pro Alert is like a 2 parts package. Alert stay active in your background helping reinforcing your pc security intercepting malware attack before it...

No, avoid Iobit Anti-Malware like the plague. That company are a proven thief that illegally stole data from Malwarebytes. I wouldn't use any of their product for the action that they did in the past. I rather not have the bad guys be in charge of my security.

You need a proactive antivirus for a minimum for your system protection. If you want extra layer security to backup your antivirus then get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit. Their anti-exploit is a pro-active extra protection on your pc that has a free version to protect your browsers from exploit attacks trying to sneak viruses into your computer unnoticed.

Another layer of security is getting Hitman-Pro and Alert. Hitman-Pro is a second opinion scanner that you can set up to autorun however you like. It uses both Kaspersky and Bitdefender to catch extra stuff that your active antivirus miss for extra assurance. Their extra alert addon give you more protection of anti-keyloggers, anti-crypto virus (nasty virus that encrypt lock all of your files and demand you to pay a ransom to get all of your stuff back, anti-exploit that is compatible working along with Malwarebyte Anti-Exploit, and more. They don't offer a free version for their backup scanner they offer a 30 days trial instead. Each additional layer of defense you add can slightly slow down your computer, higher risk of compatibility issue, more complicated figuring out which software is causing you issue, and more money from your wallet. A real antivirus and Malwarebyte Anti-Malware freemium and Anti-Exploit freemium is what I recommend all you need.

A replacement for Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 8.1 if you don't want to support thief is CCleaner. I would rather avoid boost since all it does is turn off background programs that some are actually beneficial for you to keep it on to keep your system updated. If you must need a booster then Razer Game Booster replaces Iobit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate.

You don't want thief to protect your computer:
https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/164204-iobit-blocking-malwarebytes-website/ (lol iobit is reported blocking Malwarebytes website, the war continue. If you are having trouble going to malwarebytes website this is why. lol)

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/

Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit free:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antiexploit/

Hitman Pro offer Bitdefender Internet Security package with it for $50 instead of $25 (making it Bitdefender Internet Security cost only $25 extra). I already explain to you the cons of Bitdefender. They also offer Emsisoft Anti-Malware for $40. Emsisoft Anti-Malware is an interesting unique program. It is not compatible to run with Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit since it has its own exploit that interfere with it. What make their product unique is that it can run with a 2nd active antivirus and that it is also good enough to be run by itself. I don't recommend running another active anti-virus or anti-malware along with Emsisoft Anti-Malware though.

Iobit Malware Fighter Pro PCMag review (the worst rating they gave on a antimalware product)
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2477847,00.asp

Video review (at 9:00 in the video Iobit is shown trying to deceive customers by putting the PCMag logo on their website applying that they are approve by PCMag when in reality PCMag gave such horrible review on them).

Throw that shit in the thrash.

Its an antivirus design to be your 2nd opinion scanner. It does not protect your system in real time so it cannot be use as your primary antivirus. It has a schedule to set it up to automatically scan your computer for malwares. Its own detection rate is really good and it uses Kaspersky and Bitdefender database to improve its scan. Since it only scan when you tell it to it won't impact your system when it is not active. I set mine to scan early sunday morning to make sure my Kaspersky and Malwarebytes Pro didn't miss anything.

When you purchase HitmanPro you can then also HitmanPro alert too. HitmanPro Alert actively run in your computer filing security holes in your system and warn you if it find something suspicious trying to infect your computer before it does. There is a free version of HitmanPro Alert but its features are very limited, its good security features are behind the premium version when you buy HitmanPro.

Video showing Hitman Pro detection rate vs 2 other secondary security programs Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware. Beware that youtube video review test can be inaccurate due to small sample size and its not done in a professional environment.

HitmanPro Alert extension stopping Crypto virus demonstration (old version):

There is another alternative to HitmanPro call HerdProtect. It uses 68 virus scanners including Kaspersky and Bitdefender but because it uses way too many scanners (good and bads) it tends to give a lot of false positive. Not recommended for beginners as it can be unsafe to blindly delete everything it ask. It has an auto scan schedule like HitmanPro but does not have any other extra features.

Yes people use it to clean an already infested computer if the trial hasn't been used on that computer yet. The auto scan makes it so it is set and forget and hope it doesn't find anything dangerous during its schedule scan.

Webroot looks like a hidden gem. It does not participate on AV_Comparative test so it is unknown to people in the forum and so hard to tell how effective its detection is compare to other antiviruses. It does have a really good customer rating on Amazon like Eset so that a good sign that it is another light frustration-free antivirus.

I wouldn't use that as proof of 1 antivirus is better than the other. The last antivirus will find what the earlier one miss but the earlier antivirus does not get a chance to find what a later antivirus missed. Also there the possibility what the last antivirus found is a harmless false positive that the rest of the antivirus simply ignored.

I prefer using testing website like http://chart.av-comparatives.org/chart1.php and http://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/home-windows/ for a much better indication of which antivirus has a better detection rate. And I'll also look for videos of virus tests done on youtube like PC Security Channel to see if their finding match those done on websites. I will still heavily rely more on website and those youtube test with a grain of salt since I seen the same test done on the same product only a few month apart and it would get very different result.
