Half the time I wake my phone and type in my key code the phone lags and turns unresponsive. It misses out half the numbers I enter and the unlock fails. I use Nova launcher because the default launcher, along with Google's launcher forces widgets or icons on your home screen.
I read a while back that custom launchers interfere with the lock screen.
I use Nova launcher on Android 4.4.2, Asus Zenfone 6.
