Is this laptop good enough to run demanding games

Would it run GTA 5 and Lego worlds on around medium settings? Also what other games would it run?

You would most likely struggle playing the games; you will need a GTX card, not a GT card.

Both the Lenovo and Asus are excellent choices; if you are on a tight budget, the MSI would be the better choice than the laptop that you suggested.
