Dell 5548 Core i5 Laptop

I have recently bought a new Dell Insperon 5548 Core-i5 with AMD R7 M265 Graphics Cards laptop for Gaming purpose, but when I play any games likes NFS Rivals its Lags a Lot. and for Splinter Cell Conviction, Its say Video Card not supported. Is there any problem in my laptop. Please help on this, i getting very much frustated.

In device manager is there a yellow triangle next to the AMD gpu?

I have seen but there is no yellow triangle and my device driver is also up to date. Same issues happen with Splinter cell Blacklist. Now, Its started the game but lagging a lot at starting point of the game.

My video setting is also very low. what to do or Is there any setting then please let me know.
