they have same specs but which one are better performance ??

Asus and MSI both make excellent laptops; honestly, I would go with either.

On a downside, MSI is sometimes known to have too much bloatware (not as much as HP) on some their laptops.

Anyway, If I were you and I could not choose between the two, I would flip a coin honestly. XD

On another downside, ASUS customer service regarding warranty work is generally known to be abysmal.

I would go with the ASUS laptop, because I have good experience with ASUS. And when I have been to diffrent stores, the most solid laptops have been ASUS.
