Need a new laptop to get child through college business school. Loves to stream TV and do 10 things at once. Lenovo my favorite laptop. School requirements: Windows 8.1 or newer, i3 or higher, 8 gig ram, 500 gb harddrive, build in VGA output, Windows 2013, wireless, webcam, cd/dvd combo drive or external. Kid is speed spoiled.

"Business" - this means many spreadsheets, many presentations at once. If you can afford it, and the kid is willing to carry, get him/her 17" 1920x1080 screen. Everything else - stick to the requirements, and be deaf for "speed spoiled".
