I recently installed one software which with it installed an antivirus software named kingsoft. It is on chinese and its very annoying, but don't know how to delete it. I can't end his processes(kxetray.exe or something like that for eg.), access denied, i can't delete their folder in Program files, access denied, and it's not on the list add/remove programs or in any other software uninstaller like Perfect uninstall.
