Please help me I don't want to ruin this pc. I tried malware bytes, but it didn't detect everything and I tried spybot search and destroy and it detected 42 items but I don't know how to delete it on search and destroy please help!

Looks like you've installed and uninstalled some (a bunch?) of programs and the uninstall process wasn't very clean. It left some files/folders/registry settings that are no longer used. I'd go ahead and fix those issues as well. None of that looks virus-related, however.

In Spybot: Search and Destroy, when the scan is complete, you should have an option to "Fix selected issues". Make sure all the warnings are selected and then click that button.

Also, you mentioned anti-malware programs. Have you run anti-virus?

When I click fix selected problems spy bot doesn't respond and crashes in currently as I'm typing doing the scan in safe mode. Also yes I did scan in malware bytes and spybot

After trying in safe mode when I clicked fix selected everything just got unselected it didn't say anything at all so did it work?

Malwarebytes is only anti-malware. It does not provide anti-virus protection. When you run these programs, are you right-clicking and selecting Run as Administrator? Additionally, in Spybot: Search and Destroy, you need to first update, then immunize, and then scan. Did you to all three steps?

Install, update and run a free anti-virus program like Avira or Avast.

While you do that, I'll run a scan to see what the results should look like.

Yes I did do the 3 steps and also I don't feel like downloading another anti virus because I already have AVG and I don't want them to interfere, before AVG wouldn't scan but it is now in safe mode currently scanning in safe mode. I think snd did get rid of the viruses because when I scanned again they didn't come again. I'll update you on the AVG scan

Ok. You didn't mention you had AVG. Again, Malwarebytes is not an anti-virus program.

At the end of your Spybot: Search and Destroy scan, when you click the Fix Selected Problems button, the issues listed become unchecked, but are then highlighted in green and have a green check mark next to them.
