This problem has occurred from 1 week ago, my laptop sometimes stuck at boot, but i managed to get it boot properly from power it on, wait 5 minutes at the samsung logo(stuck at boot) , power it off again, and lastly, power it on again. But, after a week, this doesn't work anymore. My laptop also overheat often. Hope you guys can halp. And i cant get to bios setup or whatever because of the F2 and F4 button doesn't work.

That's great, but without your model number there isn't much we can tell you. F2 and F4 may not even be for bios or advanced start menu options on that unit, or they might be, but who knows since we don't know the model number.
If it has been overheating and now it doesn't post, it's likely the CPU or motherboard are damaged. You shouldn't have continued to use the unit if it was overheating. More than likely, unless you are familiar with disassembling laptops, you'll need to take it to a repair shop or somebody who is familiar with laptop repairs. Overheating issues on laptops only happen due to fan or hardware failures, or if there is significant dust/dirt buildup inside the unit, so it's pretty doubtful there will be any kind of easy fix.
