i want speakers and headphones work at same time?on windows xp

Most sound drivers have a pop-up control panel that allows you to enable/disable the rear audio ports when a headphone is plugged into the front port. If your PC has the common Realtech sound chip and you have the sound driver/control panel installed, pull it up and look in the preferences section.
