I am looking for a laptop around the 700 dollar mark could pay 50 more for a good one. I need for studying and games as well so it must have a decent graphics card and at least 8 GB of ram. I would prefer an Intel processor over an AMD. Thanks for all your help guys. I appreciate it.

This dell is brainkicker! 17 inch monitor with good RAM/CPU/HDD. I know that you want a good graphic card (mb some nVidia GTX M-series) but believe me... Intel HD Graphics 4400 is good enough!
