how can i unlock bios password

Dell inspiring 15 3000 series unlock bios password how do I do this? I already took it apart and hit the two legs on the bios chip and removes the cmos battery and still nothing can you help me please

Sorry but we do not assist in bypassing security features.
Hopefully you will appreciate this policy if your laptop is ever stolen but unfortunately this means I am closing this thread.
Please contact Dell for assistance in this matter
