please tell me witcher is better for gaming?

Ram: 8 GB (max 16 GB)
Gpu:nvidia gtx 965m 2 gb
Hdd: 1 TB ,SSD support 256 gb
Fan: 2 fans cooler

Asus gl551jw
Cpu: core i7 2.6 ghz turbo 3.6
Ram: 16 GB
Gpu: 960m 2gb
Hdd: 1 TB,SSD support 256 gb
Fan: 1 fan cooler

Note: i have 8 gb of ram to upgrade msi to 16 gb

I think MSI is better because RAMs & CPUs are same but MSI' Nvidia GTX 965M has :
Around 80% higher pixel rate
Around 45% better floating-point performance
More than 35% better passmark score
More than 35% better 3DMark06 score
Around 45% higher texture rate
More than 25% higher diablo III framerate
More than 15% higher BioShock infinite framerate
More than 15% higher crysis 3 framerate

Total: Nvidia GTX 965M is 30% faster than Nvidia 960M

and 2nd reason: it has one more fan

So MSI is better for gaming
