I'm having an issue with my Logitech G930. It has been happening from the time that I bought it, and reaching out to logitech has resulted in no solution. I even went back and exchanged it to see if it was a malfunctioning headset.

The issue is that while I'm listening to audio through them, occasionally the sound will cut out, the headset will beep, and then the sound will return. This is especially frustrating while in Skype conversations, as it will cut out portions of mine or friends sentences. They have described hearing a "Boing" sound when it beeps and disconnects. I have completely reinstalled drivers, and software. I have plugged the USB receiver directly in to the desktop instead of using the dock/usb cable. I'm out of options! Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!

I've had mine for a bit over a year now, my friend has had his for 10 months. They both do the same thing, even if they're plugged in. Also you'll probably start to notice that the driver doesn't load on startup and you have to unplug/replug the dongle to get them to come back on.

What I'm saying is don't bother trying to find a solution because we've been trying for almost a year now. They do sound good and work "for the most part", but I'm currently looking at new headsets already.
