Sorry I have to tell you this, but it appears your laptop has no CD / DVD drive. I’ve checked the official Toshiba product page and they don’t tell specifically that the laptop has CD / DVD. I believe that they've just filled the empty space with a plastic mold so if need be you can add one. Check this link, it's under specs: http
