I don't understand, one minute my headphones (Creative sound blaster evo USB) were working fine and installed the drivers and worked no problem. Then I take the usb out and use them with my phone with the normal 3.5mm, and all of a sudden I return back to my PC and it doesn't even attempt to find it. Doesn't find it with either 3.5mm jack or USB. My speakers work fine, but headphones it will not find.
I took some screenshots of random things related in case something is missing and hopefully one of you could point it out to me.

I've performed system restarts, placed it in multiple usb ports and 3.5mm ports. NOTHING seems to do the trick. I have no idea and it is extremely frustrating, especially how it was working fine earlier.
