Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have about a year and half old Samsung 55" LED Tv. I believe the model number is UN55HF6003.
Over the last few weeks the backlight will turn off and if you get close to the TV you can see what's being displayed. I've eliminated the inputs/cables as it will do it with nothing going to it. I've tried resetting the tv and leaving it unplugged for a day but still happens. Still have sound and a very faint picture when it happens. Almost like the light just goes out.
If I tap the back of the TV I can normally get it to come back on or at least flicker.
Has anyone seen this problem and know of a fix or know if its worth trying to fix it?
