Please help I'm going crazy

Hi there

I'm absolutely going crazy as I never experienced something none sense as this
I got a Asus Rog G20 pc desktop it only 2 month old

After a factory setting the pc won't display unless the case cover and crews off ??
When I take the case cover off and screws the pc will work as normal
As long as I put them back there will be no display and no sounds but everything inside is working

Please help

Check if your case cover is dislodging any wires or connection when you are placing it on. My best guess is that you are not installing it properly. Some motherboards have a case lock function in which they can detect if the case has been opened. Try to enter your Bios and disable this function. As it is only two months old, make use of your warranty and try to contact Asus's customer support. All the best troubleshooting and do keep me updated!

Asus won't do nothing now as the pc has been opened yes it only 2 month old
I just been to them on the phone the staff advice me to take it to local shop wil cost less than £50 is not a hardware problem so don't worry much however I can't find a clue but I'll try what you suggested I appreciated your help

Your welcome. Asus is being a A-Hole as usual. Dell has a policy whereby they will replace virtually anything in your pc as long as you did not replace them yourself. The people at Asus need to realise that to mantain a PC, regular maintenance of the innards is absolutely necessary. Do note that small form factor pcs such as yours are very tightly packed(the components), which is why i wouldn't recommend opening it yourself. 50 pounds is a lot so try everything before going to a hardware shop.
