Hi, I want to buy a laptop under 1000$.
I don't care much for the look, but I need it for performance...for example what laptop can play better witcher 3 on highest settings.

Isn't Acer Aspire v15 better than Asus ROG GL551? I mean I can upgrade the ram, but the gpu is +2 more vram....and its a bit cheaper...what kind of issues does it have? It looks really good...

The extra VRAM is more of a gimmick on such a low end video card, that card = a GTX 750 TI so it won't even get to 3GB of vram usage. Unless you like playing at 3k/4k resolutions at 20fps.

Plus, the big problem with that Acer is heat issues. It's so thin that the cooling system can't keep up with the heat on both CPU and GPU, where as the thicker body on the GL551 will allow it to cool itself much better.

What about Lenovo Y50 2015 version? Is it better than both of the above?

ASUS laptops, they step up in performance. ASUS ROG GL551 JW-DS71 is your good choice. It has really good features as well which includes i7-4720HQ 2.6 GHz, 16 GB DDR3 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M.

I really like what I'm seeing in this Asus RoG laptop.

This is the laptop I can buy...but does it have any problems? I don't want a laptop with problems... also is the HDD replaceable with a SSD later when I got money?

I wouldn't attempt to swap out the 1TB hard drive for an SSD, but the laptop looks good.
Its a good processor and graphics card for gaming. It should play every game, and you will barely notice loading times on that hard drive unless you play Sims 3.
