Help me find the right 13-14" biz laptop?

Looking for an upgrade from my Lenovo x120E. Using for business, mostly as desktop (w/external monitor), but portability a consideration. Running stuff like browser/Outlook/Word/Acrobat simultaneously. Used is OK, prefer sub-$500.

Basic requirements/preferences:
* 13" screen (might consider a lighter 14" model, or 12/12.5")
* Hi-res (at least 1400x900, 1920x1080 ok of course!)
* matte screen
* Don't need touchscreen
* minimum i3 processor
* HDD fine, at least 320GB
* sub-4 lbs
* battery life not critical
* full HDMI port
* don't need an optical drive

Any thoughts? Open to used models 1-3 years old to keep price down. Thx!

I'd recommend the Dell latitudes or XPS. I use it for work, it remains stationary for most of the time, but when its on the move in the company It's a powerhouse. I am able to get 5-8 hours of battery life.

Dell's are known for great service and great machines, (business class only).

Thx! Haven't used an XPS but it looks like a possibility. I also like the Lenovos (but my x120E is just underpowered and not quite enough screen real estate). I've used/owned a Latitude before--are the business ones a different line? Because the one I had was kinda bulky/plasticy, didn't feel solid.
