Headsets:
- Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma
- Steelseries Siberia V2
- Steelseries Siberia V3

Thanks in advance :) (I know I putted both V2 and V3 but I don't know if the V3 is worth that much more)

I haven't tried any of those, but for right around 100$, you could pick up a HyperX Cloud I or II. I have it and it's great. Biggest issue with my old Kraken Pro's was the discomfort it gave my ears after 2 or 3 hours of having them on.

If you want something a bit cheaper, I recommend the logitech g230. I used to destroy and go through a lot of headsets, I have had this one almost 2 years and it can be found for like 50$. The sound is fine, mic is great never had any complaints. It's not audiophile level, but most will tell you if you care about audio that much get nice headphones and buy a separate mic.

lol, I used to go through a headset like every 4-6 months and I was careful!. The g230 has been a beast for me. I have seen nothing but good reviews about the cloud9 headsets.

Steelseries durable...... lol.

A set of Sirus-C's (the original Sirus aswell really..) should be beneath your price. Excellent mic and the sound is awesome. I read reviews of some background noise and stuff but so far the sound has been really clean. dual membrane design. One for bass only.. and the middletones and stuff are excellent.Durability i can't really say anything about yet as ive only had it for about 2 weeks, but they seem really sturdy.. so far they've been great. Only drawback (for some) is its size. I love that it's big myself. And it really covers all of your ear. Bass membranes are hearable all the way down to 20Hz.. so below what a human ear would actually be able to pick up anyways.

if you care about audio quality, i'd get a pair of hd518's $72 and a clip on moovmic $25 for a total of $97 (amazon).

if you wanted virtual surround you could use razer's virtual surround software $free or if your motherboard comes with support for it use that (a paid solution if you dont like those is a $27 xonar dg soundcard).

hifi headphone sound quality is always going to trump gaming headsets. as far as mic quality, the $50 modmic is much better but for the price the moovmic (or cheaper zalman clip on) are certainly more than usable.

as per your other thread, use this one to discuss your headset needs.

also it seems that the v2, v3 and chroma are the only choices available so no alternates should be suggested.

which is best?

depends on if you want on-headset virtual surround. the chroma offers it, the v2/v3 do not (although you could use razers virtual surround software with the v2/v3 if you wanted). if you want virtual on the headset without additional software to figure out, the chroma is what to get.

otherwise, the v3 would be what i would go for. be advised though that they (and the v2) do not have a good track history of build quality and might break over time. for headsets, sound quality is acceptable and certainly better than some but not as good as others.

your best choice however, is not among the products you listed. but, since you only wanted it out of those 3 that would be my answer.
