Hello bazzau73
Can you please check if you are able to use an external keyboard? If yes, that means the problem is with the driver.
If you are using Windows 7, you can:
> Click the
Start button.
> From the
Start menu, right-click
Computer (from the right column of the menu).
> Click
Manage from the displayed context menu.
> From the opened
Computer Management snap-in, from the left pane, click to select
Device Manager.
> From the right pane, expand the
Keyboards tree.
> From the displayed list, right-click the
Standard PS/2 Keyboard entry.
> Click
Uninstall from the context menu, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation process.
> Once done, restart your laptop and try using the keyboard.
The issue should be resolved by now.
Let me know if more assistance is needed. Good Luck!!
