I doubt it would run very fast with intel Integrated graphics. You'd want something with at least a cheap dedicated video card (GTX 840M)to get 30 + FPS at medium settings.

Otherwise, just look for something with at least a 840M or AMD equivalent "Dedicated" GPU, and at least an i5 CPU.

No. The Intel HD graphics core from the 1st generation Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs are too weak to do so. You would need to have the Intel HD 4400 in the 4th generation Core i3/i5/i7 to get around 16 FPS - 25 FPS on low resolution and graphics settings in action sequences. For many people those FPS are too low.
