Every time Windows creates a restore point it will suck up disk space. By default Windows will use any remaining space available (up to 100%) on the system drive for that purpose. You can change the setting to only allow a certain percentage of the system drive to be used for that purpose. I've set mine to use no more than 10% of my SSD for that purpose.

What is your system's specs?

Sorry for the late reply but I have a AMD FX 8350, AMD r9 290x asus oc, Samsung 840 evo as main drive, some gold rated power supply, and corsair 16gb 2133mhz ram. I found out this wasn't a infection and my SSD has failed entirely, I can't recover any data from the drive.
