IPod 5 Emergency shut down can't turn on

My friends IPod has done the emergency shut down where the only way to turn it on is to hold the Home and Top button... problem is... his home button is stuck.... any ideas?

You can ether take to a place were they fix phones or buy u a new if it's got waranty Apple will swap it or u can pay 100$ to get replacement that's refurbished but first get an appointment with Genius Bar
