Is there any way to get latest ATI Driver instead of outdated lenovo website

hello ,
I have Lenovo g510 laptop with HD 8570M ATI Card , the latest driver on lenovo website is with date of : 1/2/2014 avga125w7a
and i tried to install official drivers from amd ati website but it didn't work , i googled for it and i understand that it is something ati and lenovo agree to make only drivers supported by lenovo
but isn't any other way to get latest drivers from a third party that would accept to install
as it would be nice to me to get some performance

the issue is that some laptop and other pc vendors use custom firmware for there hardware. when they do the ati drivers wont see there hardware and install the drivers. have you tried email the laptop vendor supprt to see if there newer drivers on there ftp site??? a lot of time they have beat drivers that not listed yet;

i will try to do that , but i thought there might be any third party team or webiste making unlocked ati drivers that might works on my laptop without waiting lenovo to make a new one .
