Best chance would be a local repair shop. Panasonic will not be of much use on a set out of warranty especially one that old.

You will likely be better off buying a new TV than spending money to repair one almost 10 years old. New TV = better picture (usually), more modern inputs, and a new warranty. You will likely be paying as much on the repair and parts as on a new TV.
