That sound bar has an audio input using a stereo mini plug. If the TV doesn't have a headphone jack or analog RCA audio outputs (these would require just a cable with the right connectors) then you may have an optical audio out on the TV which would require one of these:

and cables to make it work. Might make more sense to return the sound bar if is it is new and get one with an optical audio input instead.
