Fps lag on my mx17

I have an alienware mx 17 laptop for about 2 years and i didnt have any problems with it until a few dayz ago.I opened war thunder and i had fps lag/drops(i usualy have 100 fps or more but now i hace 48 max)at first i tought it was the game but when i tried other games it was the same and also after i close the game and i move my cursor to the middle of the screen the cursor moves very slow but only in the center
Pls help btw sorry if i speld something wrong(english isnt my native language)

You need to first determine which Intel driver you'll need - that's determined by your CPU - you can find that by searching your CPU model number here http://ark.intel.com/products/64889/Intel-Core-i7-3820QM-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_70-GHz?q=i7-3820QM - I had selected the i7-3820QM for an example - scrolling down a bit there's a section titled Graphics Specifications where (in the case of the i7-3820QM) it states Intel Graphics HD 4000 so if that was your CPU, you'd then search here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=hd+4000+drivers (I already did HD 4000 as an example) for your driver
