I would really like to play GTA 5 on my laptop even on low settings at 20-25 fps at least

Your cpu and gpu are too weak to play the game. Also you really need 8 gigs of ram as the game uses 5 - 6 gigs of ram.

I'm running GTA 5 on core 2 quad q9300
ati radeon hd6670
4 gb ram

and it runs very well. average fps of about 28 and only minor lag now and then

that i5 wont be able to play it since its the U version and its weaker than the AMD mobility APU's and the GPU wont be able to handle even Normal settings.

i think yes you can because radeon r5 series is very good for gaming even i too have this r5 series graphic card r5 m330 and i am playing gta 5 with no lag at all in 1360x768 and fps is 49 or 50 with just 4 gb ram and intel core i 5 5500 u series processor
