Best Gaming Laptop for my budget

Hello,
I need a purely gaming laptop with atleast 8GB RAM. The laptop's performance must be as much good to play latest games like Watch Dogs, Far Cry 4, GTA 5, etc. at ULTRA QUALITY SETTINGS.
It must have a decent graphics card. The laptop's resolution doesn't matter me. It can be 1080p or even 720p. But the screen dimension should be atleast 17".

My Budget is INR 80,000 or USD 1300.

I don't know which brand offers high performance gaming laptops at lowest price, so please help me getting such a laptop.

I've had Sager, Dell, Alienware, and Origin gaming laptops and they were all good.

Only a 980M GPU is going to get you ultra quality settings in GTA V above 30FPS http

An 870M GPU will get you GTA High settings around 50 fps http

I couldn't find a benchmark for the 965M in GTA V, but it performs better than the 870M in Farcry 4, so it should be better. http

I don't think you can play gta 5 at ultra with that budget. You should be able to play the games at high very easily. I would get a clevo laptop as they are good with maintainability and are generally cheaper than branded laptops. If you give me the links that you use, I can have a look for you to find the laptop for you.
