my dell laptop took a fall and now I have no camera or microphone,,,how to fix this

the laptop screen has popped open at the right side hinge...I have no camera or microphone, the hinge seems to be loose as well It is a dell inspiron 15 laptop

Do you see the camera in Device Manager?
If you do, then most probably the camera module is damaged, If you don't, probably a cable is loose.
Try to find out whether there is a service manual for your laptop available on Dell website (they used to post them after a while)
