Hi, I plugged my new speakers and the volume are maxed in the windows control panel and the equalizer too... The speaker are also maxed and I can hear volume but it's too quiet as before with my other pc... Any idea what i can do?

Solution
If the motherboard is new still you probably have a warranty that you can use, see if maybe there isn't a short somewhere or something not connecting correctly.

There is supposed to have a power supply but i lost it.. those speakers are old but i bought new that i will have in like 2 days... I've tried to plug my hdmi on my tv and use my tv speakers instead of these old speakers.. still quiet... The old speaker only works when the power is off so i can't change volume but pc volume is maxed. When i try to turn them on, the sound stop. And for the TV speakers, the volume is at 64/64 and still quiet so its definitly not the old speakers the problem.. i was using my old speaker on my old pc and the volume was okays..

You can try the loudness correction. It's right click the speaker icon in the lower right, playback, highlight your speakers, properties, then the enhancements tab. That will boost quiet sounds and lower the loud sounds pretty well. I use it cause TV is crap some programs the people whisper at each other and then there are the sitcoms where everyone is yelling. Not saying this is the solution, but it might help.

As far as the solution, what speakers, what operating system, what hardware through what connections... There are so many places where something can go wrong when you get all technical.

I plugged my speakers behind my pc, i tried in front and still same volume... my speakers are plugger in a 3,5mm jack. My TV is with a HDMI and still low volume.. Is it possible that this is all about my motherboard? I mean, The Audio device on the motherboard is maybe weak? Because i had same set-up with my old pc and it was working well and same for my tv.. Since i built a new pc with new motherboard, the problem appeard.

If the HDMI was output to a TV and the volume was low through the video card, that rules out the motherboard. Most modern (last decade or so) video cards process the audio right on the video card, not the motherboard. The next steps are reinstalling windows and drivers, make sure it's not a driver conflict. Or try a set of headphones on the speaker output of the motherboard, front or back panel... For speakers and TV you need to power the speakers, so the TV may have a messed up audio input or a messed up output, and the speakers might need a different power source.
