I turn my dell laptop on and it does not display desktop, only screen saver. what do I do

My name is Shrikanth and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Did you make any changes to the settings? Please turn off your laptop and check if you are able to access bios by tapping f2 @ start up.
