are you planning to listen to music with it? high bass etc? keep in mind gaming headsets are mainly centered around quality surround sound so in other words, they are not good for music. i have owned both the turtle beach x12 and the logitech g930. my turtle beach lasted for 3 years before the static in mic/speakers kicked in. i still have my logitech with no problems. both are very comfortable with big speaker cups that go over your ear.
