Battalion 101 P650SA Gaming Laptop [Refurbished]

specs look amazing... I was really hoping for a gtx 965m or better processor in a sub 1100 price, and that's a hard deal to find.
Only problem is, I've never heard of this brand, which I assume is ibuypower's.
Also only the ram looks refurbished. And I don't know if Ibuypower is any good for refurbished items.
Overall do you think this is a good deal? Will the 965m last a while? It seems like a cheap high end card with only 2gb vram.
Is this model customizable? And if so, can I upgrade the graphics/cpu later or only the hard driver/ram?
One final question: Are the drivers the same ones as Nvidia/intel or are they customized? Because I can't find the drivers for this computer anyware. My current laptop has an OEM setup on the discrete graphics (which is an intel chipset) and the manufacturer refuses to upgrade the driver on the website (Downloading drivers from intel leads to problems and crashes). I don't want to run into this problem again, so is it safe to assume that the nvidia and intel drivers will work?
