Recently my laptop screen went black, but image appear in the back. The only thing that didn’t work was the backlight lamp, so I order a new one. I tested outside and replaced this new lamp.

Assemble everything and then when I turn the laptop on the lamp give light but only for a second or two, then goes off, then turns on again when windows starts and turns off until I restarts the pc.

This could be the inverter, and I order a new inverter, when I swap the inverters it happens exactly the same. The only difference is that the new inverter does less noise.

Now when I disassemble the lamp from the screen to test, it works fine with either inverter, when I assemble the lamp in the screen it turns on and then off.

Any idea?

Sporadic short behind the backlight? Insulation worn on the connector perhaps, I'm kind of concluding here, since you've replaced all else, it may be the cable that is the culprit. Try inspecting the cable ends is about the only thing I've got

Thanks for your answer.
The model is VGN-AW11M. Yes, it have a dedicated graphics card, nvidia Geforce 9300M GS. The motherboard capacitors look really good. I can also send the video signal to an external monitor and works very good.
