Solution
It can play CS:GO but not at 1920x1080 resolution; more like 1366x768 with perhaps a mix of low and medium settings. That laptop is a bit dated. It uses a 3rd generation Core i5 CPU. Intel is currently up to the 5th generation of the Core series CPU and the current generation Intel HD 5500 integrated graphics core is probably about 55% - 60% more powerful than the older Intel HD 4000 graphics core.

You will likely get at best 30FPS @ 1366x768 resolution with the Intel HD 4000. The Intel HD 5500 should allow you to get pretty decent FPS at up to 1600x900 resolution.

Thank you for the quick response. Im looking to pick up a laptop solely for cs:go. What do you think is my best option?
Right now i am looking at used Laptops from my local buy and sell site www.kijiji.ca in toronto
Can you recommend any ones from the site under 500 $?

The laptop I recommended is the better option. The A8-7100 is overall a little more powerful because the clock speed can reach up to 3.0GHz when only one core is used, but it probably only maxes out at around 2.5GHz when all 4 core are being used. The integrated Radeon R5 (Kaveri) graphics core is more powerful than the Intel HD 4400 though it is still considered weak when compared to a dedicated graphics chip.

I've tested this Computer and all i can say is it sucks.
The game does runs, but i lag too much to be efficient to play properly.
With all my settings low i get around 50fps
If i run into multiple people i get 30fps.
When i look at a wall i can get 100+fps (but i dont want to stare at walls)

So i will be returning it and try something new.
I found the laptop you mentioned from newegg at one of my local stores. I may get it but wonder if its going to be marginally better. If so that is not worth it to me. I will probably have to spend 100 or more to get something decent. with a R7 M265.
