I have a unique setup and have no clue how to go about setting up sound for it.

Okay here's the deal. I have two 32 inch tvs hooked up to my P.C. I have a few game systems hooked up to the left tv, and nothing but the P.C. on the right.
I have a 5.1 sound system, but its a cheapy little logitech system and doesn't support multiple inputs so switching sources is a large scale pain in the butt. This is the one: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-X-530-5-1-Speaker-System/dp/B0002WPSCG

What I want to do is buy a new and better surround sound system that i can use on my P.C. but i can switch to the left tv when I want to play something on one of my consoles. I also like having something playing on my right tv while i play netflix something on the console, but that's an easy fix by changing the playback device to the right tv.

Any advice? Particularly something that wouldn't cost a boatload of money? I'm not worried about the system being the best in the world, just 5.1. If I could even get an idea how to set this up that would require rewiring everytime i want to switch to my console.

My pc can accept an optical cable, the little 3.5 jacks, and of course the hdmi outputs on the video card.

Thank you for your time in advance.

There's only one small problem with that...
This tv doesn't have an optical out. It has the standard white and red RCA outs, and one orange digital audio.
Can that receiver accept that output, or is there a different piece of equipment I need?

Also, thanks for the heads up on that other box. I may get that for convenience's sake.
