Is there a converter for 3.5 audio plug to usb?

I have a kvm with a 3.5 pin output. I just bought a soundbar that only has a usb input. I know there is a problem going from analog to digital but I don't know if there is a converter for this. Most of the soundbars I've seen have usb inputs unfortunately.

Are you sure that it's a USB input? TVs don't have USB as audio outs so that would be odd.
Soundbars usually have HDMI, optical or coax digital, or analog stereo audio inputs.
You may be able to convert analog audio to HDMI but that type of converter is meant for DVI + audio to HDMI and may not work without the video input.

this isn't for a tv. I have a 4 computers connected to a kvm. the computers and kvm use a 3.5 audio pin. I would like to connect the audio out from the kvm to a soundbar. The kvm output is for a 3.5 pin. the input to the soundbar is a usb. so I need to convert analog 3.5 pin to a digital usb.
